The Role
- We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Architect who treats product design as a strategic discipline rather than just an aesthetic visual exercise.
- In this role, you will own the architectural foundation for high-stakes international client projects. You will work at the intersection of user psychology, visual hierarchy, multi-brand design systems, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). You won't just draw screens, you will structure complete digital product ecosystems from raw wireframes to developer-ready design tokens.
Key Responsibilities
- Design System Engineering: Architect scalable, multi-platform Design Systems, component libraries, and visual tokens from scratch in Figma.
- Product Architecture: Translate complex multi-step user flows, SaaS dashboards, and checkout funnels into low-friction user journeys.
- Conversion Psychology: Structure interfaces rooted in cognitive load management, sharp visual hierarchy, and strategic CTA placements.
- UX Audits & Friction Removal: Analyze existing products to identify drop-off points, usability bottlenecks, and actionable redesign frameworks.
- Developer Hand-Off: Partner directly with front-end engineers to ensure zero loss of design intent, token alignment, and micro-interaction specs.
- Founder Alignment: Articulate design decisions directly to founders and global stakeholders with unshakeable business rationale.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 4+ Years Experience designing complex web applications, mobile interfaces (iOS/Android), and enterprise design systems.
- Figma Mastery: Deep knowledge of Auto-Layout 5.0, variables, design tokens, interactive component states, and grid systems.
- Conversion Focus: Proven understanding of how UI decisions directly drive business metrics, retention, and conversion rates.
