A short call to understand the project, the context, and what it really needs.
How quickly can we start on a project?
Usually within 3 to 5 business days. Once we align on the scope and deposit, we jump straight into Figma, no endless paperwork or delays.
How do project pricing and payments work?
We offer both fixed-price project quotes and monthly retainer models depending on your needs. Typically, we split project payments into 50% upfront and 50% upon final delivery.
We are in a different time zone. How will we communicate?
Smoothly and asynchronously! We use Slack/WhatsApp for quick chats, Loom for async video walkthroughs, and scheduled Google Meets for key milestones. You’ll always wake up to fresh updates.
How involved do I need to be during the design process?
As much or as little as you want. We just need your green light on key milestones, we handle all the heavy lifting, research, and pixel-pushing in between.
What software and tools do you use for development?
For design, it’s 100% Figma & Spline. For web builds, we specialize in Framer, Webflow, and WordPress. Clean code, fast loading, and fully responsive guaranteed.
Do you hand over all source files after completion?
Absolutely. You get full ownership of all Figma files, design tokens, asset libraries, and code access upon final payment, no locked files or hidden fees.
